Welcome to Mystery Box By Bulqbox. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Product
Mystery Boxes contain surprise items. The exact products, brands, and categories are not disclosed prior to purchase. Images shown are for representation purposes only.

2. Product Categories
Boxes may include a mix of fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG products. Items may vary in type, size, and brand.

3. Value Assurance
The total value of products in each box will be equal to or higher than the purchase price. Perceived value may vary from customer to customer.

4. No Customization
All boxes are pre-curated. Product preferences or customization requests are not guaranteed.

5. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is received damaged.

6. Damaged Product Claims

An unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at contact@mysteryboxbybulqbox.in.
Without valid proof, claims will not be accepted.

7. Resolution Policy
Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or store credit only. Refunds are not applicable.

8. FMCG Products
All FMCG items are quality-checked and shipped within valid expiry dates. Customers are advised to check ingredients and suitability before use. We are not liable for individual reactions or misuse.

9. Duplicate Items
While we aim to avoid duplication, receiving similar or repeated items across multiple boxes is possible.

10. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

11. Limitation of Liability
Mystery Box by Bulqbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products.

12. Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
