Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible:

An unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage.

Timeframe:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Process:

Our team will verify and respond within 3-5 working days. 

Resolution:

If approved, we will offer a replacement within the frame of 2 days, meanwhile you will have to send the parcel to our office address: C240, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004

Refunds are not applicable.

Returns or claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
